About Low Celly Times
Low Celly Times is the Lowcountry's daily jail record. We collect the public booking rosters of the Berkeley, Charleston and Dorchester county detention centers once a day and keep them in one place, so families, attorneys, reporters and outreach workers can find someone without checking three websites. The front page connects notable bookings to the reporting about them, with video when it exists.
Presumption of innocence. A booking is not a conviction. Everyone listed here is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law. Charges are listed exactly as the county published them and may be amended or dismissed later.
Photos. Booking photos appear only while a person is in custody, and are deleted automatically when they leave the roster. They are never archived and never shown on past records.
Ask for a correction or removal
Corrections and removal. If a record is wrong, or should not be shown, use the form above with the name, jail and booking date. Expunged or sealed records are removed on request, at no charge, ever.
Privacy and data policy
We publish booking records that the three counties publish themselves. Booking photos are shown only while a person is in custody and are deleted automatically when they leave the roster; they are never archived and never shown on past records. We do not charge anyone to remove or correct a record, and expunged or sealed records are removed on request.
Alert sign-ups store the name you asked about and your email address. Every alert carries a one-click unsubscribe link, the list is never sold or shared, and you can ask for your address to be deleted. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
